Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Coordinator / Purchase Assistant to support day-to-day purchase activities, vendor coordination and material follow-up. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries and maintaining purchase records.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors for material requirements, quotations and availability.
- Prepare and send Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices and vendor records.
- Update purchase and pending order trackers in Excel.
- Coordinate with Stores/Warehouse for material receipt and shortages.
- Follow up with vendors regarding delayed deliveries, shortage or replacement.
- Coordinate with Accounts for vendor invoices and payment-related queries.
- Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers.




- Assist in basic price negotiation and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding their purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all purchase transactions.
- Prepare basic purchase-related reports and MIS.
- Perform other purchase coordination activities as assigned by the Purchase Manager.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Purchase Coordination.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of purchase orders, quotations and invoices.
- Should be organized, responsible and good at follow-ups.
- Experience in Fashion / Garment / Textile / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Education Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or related fields will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
