Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Specialist role based in Noida.

The Public Relations

Specialist will develop and execute PR strategies to elevate IFI’s brand, secure media coverage, and support audience engagement across TV, digital, and social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting press releases and media pitches, coordinating interviews and press events, and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets. The role involves monitoring media coverage, managing PR calendars, supporting crisis and reputation management, and collaborating closely with marketing, production,



and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging. The specialist will also contribute to campaign planning, track PR performance metrics, and help shape communication narratives around key show moments and contestants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations for managing press outreach and building strong external relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications for crafting clear, impactful messages and PR campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including excellent written and verbal abilities, for interactions with media, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in entertainment, television, digital media, or brand communications is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with media monitoring and basic PR analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort representing the brand in public-facing situations and collaborating on events, promotions, and launches.
