lRole Description The Psychologist will provide on-site psychological services at the location in Kochi in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions,couple therapy JPMR, performing psychological assessments, child development and developing tailored treatment and intervention plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid foundational knowledge in

Psychology and related behavioral sciences.

- Candidates should possess skills in

Counseling and

Mental Health support, including therapeutic communication and intervention planning.

- Candidates should possess competencies in

Psychological Assessment

, including selecting, administering, and interpreting standardized tools.





- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution; appropriate licensure or registration as required by local regulations.

- Experience working in clinical, community, or organizational mental health settings, preferably with diverse client populations.

- Strong ethical judgment, confidentiality practices, and familiarity with professional codes of conduct.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Comfort with delivering workshops or psychoeducational sessions and contributing to mental health–related content or resources.

- Proficiency in relevant local languages and English, and ability to work on-site in Kochi.
