Hiring: Proposal Engineer

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) or related field

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer with solid expertise in rotating equipment, piping, pipelines, and valve systems, along with experience in proposal preparation and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle tenders, RFQs & vendor coordination
- Prepare quotations, BOQ/BOM & technical inputs
- Support estimation, specifications & client discussions
- Maintain CRM, track sales pipeline & reporting
- Assist in lead generation & client relationship management

✅ Requirements:
- 4–6 years in proposals/estimation/sales coordination
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of procurement & vendor management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Exposure to technical sales & project management with strong growth opportunities
