Qualifications Required

- 3–5 years of property management experience, including commercial or office leasing.
- Proven record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
- Working knowledge of lease administration and tenant relations.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets and building maintenance.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with property management or CRM software and MS Office or Google Workspace. Preferred
- Experience in coworking, serviced offices or hospitality.
- Experience launching a new property or workspace.
- Degree or certification in real estate, business or facilities management
