Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction, renovation, infrastructure and development projects from planning and execution through completion and handover. The candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including time, cost, quality, safety, manpower, contractors, consultants, materials and coordination with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large-scale institutional, hospital, university, commercial or residential construction projects and should have independently handled at least one project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage and execute projects from inception to final completion and handover.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, milestones and manpower requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly project progress against planned targets.
- Site & Construction Management
- Supervise overall construction activities and ensure proper execution as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and other project-related activities.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of different agencies and contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Contractor & Consultant Management
- Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, architects, vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, productivity and work quality.
- Review work progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Identify delays, performance gaps and take corrective action.
- Cost & Budget Control
- Monitor project budgets, BOQs, quantities, material consumption and project expenditure.




- Review contractor bills, measurements, variations and extra items before approval.
- Ensure optimum utilization of materials, manpower and other resources.
- Control project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Quality Control
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspections, testing and approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality checks, inspections and rectification works.
- Take corrective action in case of quality deviations.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management.
- Track project milestones, critical activities, delays and risks.
- Maintain project records, drawings, approvals, measurements, reports and other documentation.
- Escalate critical project issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- MEP & Infrastructure Coordination
- Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, medical gases and other engineering services wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper integration of civil and MEP works.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and final handover of services.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with the safety team and contractors to maintain safe working conditions at site.
- Ensure necessary permissions, inspections and statutory approvals are obtained as required.
- Material & Resource Management
- Plan and monitor material requirements in coordination with procurement and stores.
- Ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
- Monitor material quality, consumption and wastage.




- Ensure adequate manpower and equipment availability for project execution.
- Risk & Delay Management
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks and potential delays in advance.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve project-related issues quickly.
- Maintain focus on timely completion of critical project activities.
- Handover & Project Closure
- Ensure completion of snagging and rectification activities.
- Coordinate final inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure preparation and submission of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals and other handover documents.
- Complete project handover and closure within the approved timeline.

Required Experience
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in project/construction management.
- Candidate should have independently handled at least one complete project from start to end.
- Experience in hospital, university, institutional, commercial or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
- Solid experience in contractor management, project planning, BOQ, billing, quality control and site execution.
- Experience in managing multiple agencies and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
