Job Summary

Yantra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of turnkey steel, aluminium, faade, and architectural metalwork projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining solid client relationships and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete project lifecycle from project handover to final completion.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment strategies.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Site Teams, Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.




- Control project budgets, costs, billing, collections, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all project activities.
- Conduct regular project reviews, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure proactive client communication and stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
- 8/15 years of experience in faade, aluminium, steel structures, architectural metalwork, interiors, or turnkey construction projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and commercial management skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
