Job Title: Project Manager – Wallpaper Unit Setup

Job Summary

Lead the setup and development of our wallpaper manufacturing unit, from machinery selection and product development to commissioning, quality approval and commercial production.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan plant layout, capacity, utilities, project budgets and timelines.
- Select machinery and technology suppliers; manage procurement, installation and commissioning.
- Develop wallpaper products, textures and finishes using suitable printing, coating, embossing, lamination and converting processes.
- Coordinate raw material sourcing, sampling, machine trials, process development and production scale-up.
- Establish quality testing, SOPs, operator training and maintenance plans.
- Work with Design, R&D;, Production, Quality, Purchase and Sales teams to launch collections for domestic and export markets.




- Resolve technical issues and ensure applicable safety, environmental and product compliance.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Printing, Textile, Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in wallpaper/wallcoverings, decorative surfaces or related printing and coating industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of wallpaper substrates, inks, coatings, printing and finishing technologies.
- Proven experience in plant setup, machinery commissioning or new process development preferred.
- Robust project management, budgeting, vendor coordination and team leadership skills.
