Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from proposal and planning stages through project execution and handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, vendor management, client coordination, and project controls, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and formulate the complete Project Execution Plan from proposal stage through project handover.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and control project scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
- Manage and lead Engineers, Senior Engineers, Principal Engineers, and other project team members.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up and expedite vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Manage procurement, fabrication, construction, and project execution activities.
- Handle contract administration, variations, and support claims-related activities.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor action items.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, standards,



statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support successful project completion, commissioning, and final handover to the client.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Hydrocarbon / Engineering Consulting.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment is essential.

Candidates with strong EPC project management experience in the Oil & Gas / Hydrocarbon sector are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
