JOB PROFILE

Ingrain Architects is looking for a technically sound and business-oriented Project Manager to manage real estate, redevelopment, architectural and construction opportunities from feasibility and initial discussions through project conversion and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct real estate and redevelopment feasibility studies.
- Understand FSI feasibility, development potential, plot potential and basic development regulations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, redevelopment, architecture and construction.
- Manage relationships with developers, landowners, societies, architects, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, site visits and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams for project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and monitor timelines, deliverables and coordination.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, NOCs, permissions and clearances.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations and tender submissions.
- Support negotiations,



commercial discussions and project conversion.
- Assist the Director in strategic business development and growth initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, redevelopment, project management, construction, architecture or business development.
- Solid practical understanding of FSI feasibility studies is mandatory.
- Good understanding of redevelopment and real estate project lifecycles.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Strong client management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate sales and brokerage processes.
- Strong business development, networking and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
