Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Project Manager Renal MedTech to champion the development and commercialization of our upcoming Dialyzer portfolio.

The role will serve as the central project owner, bringing together R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical and Commercial teams to drive the project from development and market assessment through launch readiness and successful commercialization.

This is an chance to play a pivotal role in building Zydus presence in the renal MedTech and dialysis ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Ownership

- Own the integrated project plan for the Dialyzer launch, with clearly defined milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
- Drive execution from product development and readiness through commercialization and market launch.
- Track critical milestones, identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution of project risks and delays.
- Establish a structured project governance and review mechanism to ensure accountability across functions.

2. Cross-Functional Orchestration

- Act as the central coordination point across R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Medical and Sales.
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and ensure timely closure of agreed action items.
- Anticipate interdependencies and escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.
- Ensure alignment between technical/product development priorities and commercial requirements.

3. Market & Commercial Insights

- Conduct and coordinate primary and secondary market research to build a comprehensive understanding of the Indian dialysis ecosystem.




- Generate insights on the dialyzer market, dialysis centers/chains, customer segments, competitive landscape, pricing, product specifications and unmet needs.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for product configuration, positioning and commercialization strategy.
- Support evaluation of future opportunities across the broader renal MedTech portfolio.

4. Launch Excellence & Commercial Readiness

- Develop and drive a structured Launch Excellence framework for the Dialyzer portfolio.
- Coordinate launch readiness across product availability, regulatory requirements, supply, pricing, packaging, marketing communication, customer targeting and sales-force readiness.
- Define launch KPIs and dashboards to track readiness and early commercial performance.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from project development to commercial execution.

5. Management Reporting & Governance

- Maintain a clear project dashboard covering milestones, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
- Provide periodic progress updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain appropriate project documentation and ensure visibility of critical actions and timelines across stakeholders.

Key Deliverables Success in this role will be measured through:

- Achievement of key development and launch milestones within agreed timelines.
- On-time commercial launch of the Dialyzer portfolio.
- Cross-functional readiness across product, supply, regulatory and commercial workstreams.
- Quality of market and competitive insights generated to support business decisions.
- Effective risk identification, escalation and resolution.
- Successful handover from project incubation to sustained commercial execution.
