Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Middleware & Integration with strong exposure to webMethods, API integrations, database integrations, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud integration. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end integration projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end middleware and integration projects.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams.
- Oversee integration development using webMethods and related technologies.
- Manage REST API and database integrations.
- Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate microservices-based integration initiatives.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
- Manage cloud integration projects and technical dependencies.




- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to development, testing, security, and deployment standards.
- Support production releases, incident resolution, and post-production activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years of IT experience with relevant project management experience.
- Strong experience in Middleware & Integration projects.
- Hands-on/strong working knowledge of webMethods.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Experience with Database Integrations.
- Positive understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Cloud Integration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project delivery.
