We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a mix of project management expertise and technical understanding to work closely with development teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business goals into actionable tasks and ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Execution: Lead project planning sessions, create detailed project plans, and establish timelines. Track and communicate progress, addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project status.
- Technical Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure technical requirements are met, conducting code reviews if needed and understanding the technical roadmap of the project.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and devise contingency plans to mitigate them. Address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards by implementing testing protocols, conducting quality reviews, and overseeing user acceptance testing.
- Resource Management:



Coordinate with team leads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members are optimally assigned to projects based on skill and availability.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular project reports to stakeholders and upper management.

Requirements

- Technical Knowledge: Background in software development or a related technical field. Familiarity with programming languages (such as JavaScript, Python, Nextjs, React etc.) and agile development methodologies.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing software development projects.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project challenges effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes in project scope or stakeholder requirements.
- Working hours: Flexibility to work in a split shift is a must (Mornings: 9 am - 1 pm & Evening: 08:30 pm - 12:30 am or in similar range)

Key Skills

1. Technical Proficiency: While not an active coder, the TPM should understand the tech stack, project architecture, and be able to participate in technical discussions.
2. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks to adapt to the development team’s process.
3. Strong Leadership: Capable of motivating a team, driving accountability, and ensuring collaborative workflows.
4. Clear Documentation and Reporting: Ability to create explicit, concise project documentation, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Align projects with client needs and company objectives to deliver maximum value. Communicate with client as and when required
