- Act as the single point of contact between the client and company for successful project implementation and delivery.

- Gather requirements from client operations and IT teams, document them, validate them, and establish the project scope before implementation.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.

- Manage regular client communication, including weekly status reviews, project updates, escalation responses, and executive-level communication.

- Coordinate with Df-OS delivery partners for product configuration according to client requirements and ensure quality and timelines are maintained.

- Conduct solution demonstrations at key project milestones and obtain formal client sign-off at project closure.

- Coordinate project billing instructions with project milestones and work with the Finance team to ensure timely invoicing.

- Manage client escalations during migration, identify root causes, resolve issues, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

- Collect structured client feedback after delivery and provide insights to the product and delivery teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements





- Qualification: B.Tech in any discipline.

- Strong understanding of factory/manufacturing operations is essential.

- Experience: 2–10 years of experience in project delivery, implementation, or client-facing roles within manufacturing, SaaS, or industrial technology.

- Positive understanding of manufacturing shop-floor operations, including production processes, quality, maintenance, or safety.

- Direct plant/factory exposure is preferred.

- Strong skills in project planning, structured communication, and stakeholder management.

- Experience working with system integrators or delivery partners is an added advantage.

- Should be client-focused and accountable for project outcomes.

- Ability to build structured project plans, track milestones, identify risks early, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Should be comfortable interacting with shop-floor personnel and translating operational requirements accurately to product/technical teams.
