Pushpagiri Eye Foundation (PEF) — operating as Pushpagiri Vitreo Retina Institute (PVRI), a NABH-accredited super specialty eye hospital network — is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our diverse portfolio of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and international partner-funded projects. The ideal candidate combines robust project management skills with excellent data management capabilities, comprehensive reporting expertise, and the ability to capture compelling human impact stories from the field.

ELIGIBILITY

- MSW / MBA (Rural Management) / MPH, or any relevant master's degree in Community Development or Project Management.

- 3–4 years of experience in project management, donor relations, reporting, and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CSR & International Partner Project Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated CSR and international donor-funded projects, ensuring full compliance with donor guidelines, timelines, and milestones.

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating transparent communication and regular updates.

2. Data Management & Reporting

- Oversee comprehensive data collection, validation, and management systems across all active project sites.





- Prepare meticulous and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports for internal leadership and external funding partners.

- Ensure data accuracy to support transparency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

3. Field Team Guidance, Monitoring &Supervision;

- Provide ongoing strategic guidance, training, and operational support to field teams.

- Conduct regular monitoring visits and supervise field operations to ensure programmatic goals, quality benchmarks, and timelines are met effectively.

4. Qualitative Data & Impact Storytelling

- Document qualitative outcomes by capturing authentic, human-centric case studies and impact stories from the field.

- Translate clinical and community-level achievements into engaging narratives for donor reports, newsletters, and annual publications.

5. Strategic Collaboration and Planning Initiatives

- Strategic Planning and Collaborations for expansion of hospital operation under guidance of senior management.

- Need to work closely with the Head – Sustainability Initiatives and the Vice Chairman to align project execution with the Foundation's long-term vision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
