PROJECT MANAGER

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Building Construction Works.
- Candidates having experience in Government / Institutional / Commercial Building Projects will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall planning, execution and management of the construction project.
- Preparation and monitoring of detailed work programme and construction schedule.
- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Architect, Subcontractors and Vendors.
- Supervision and monitoring of civil, structural and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and planned schedule.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery and other resources at site.




- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate inspection, measurements, billing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements at the project site.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Responsible for timely completion of the project as per contractual requirements.

Experience Required:

Minimum 10 Years – Building Construction with all MEP services

Location: Bhubaneshwar, ODISHA., Madhypradesh (Shivpuri), Uttrakhand (Rishikesh)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
