Project Manager : Civil & Interior Projects

Experience: 10+ Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering | Industry: Construction / PMC

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of corporate building and infrastructure projects, including civil construction, finishing, office interiors and external development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage complete Building Construction, finishing and office interior works from planning to handover.
2. Lead external development works including access roads, drainage, paving and landscaping.
3. Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams and vendors.
4. Monitor project schedule, quality, cost, safety and overall progress.
5. Review drawings, BOQ, work programmes, measurements, RA bills and variations.
6. Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, project dashboards and MIS to the client/senior management.
7.



Identify project risks, resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
8. Drive coordination between all project stakeholders and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Candidate Profile

1. 10+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
2. Experience in a PMC organisation is preferred/mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, interiors and external development.
4. Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
5. Solid leadership and contractor management capabilities.
6. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Ability to manage projects within time, cost and quality parameters.
