Project Manager - Cybersecurity (Information Security)

We are hiring a Project Manager for our Cybersecurity and Information Security programs. This is an individual contributor role focused on planning, governance, stakeholder coordination and delivery across a multi-location operating workplace. Hands-on implementation of security tools is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, tracking and closure of information security projects such as security tool rollouts, compliance initiatives, risk remediation programs and infrastructure security upgrades
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource plans
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules and dashboards in Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with InfoSec, IT infrastructure, application, vendor and business teams across multiple locations
- Manage vendors and service providers, including SOWs, milestones and performance
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies and issues, and escalate where needed
- Report project status, KPIs, risks and budgets to senior leadership




- Support alignment with security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, data protection requirements)
- Manage change control, communication plans and stakeholder expectations

Required Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Cybersecurity or related). Mandatory
- Project leadership experience with a proven record in information security / cybersecurity projects
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams

Good to Have

- Experience in travel, hospitality, retail or other multi-location operations
- Exposure to IAM, endpoint security, network security, SOC/SIEM, vulnerability management or cloud security
- CISM, CISSP, CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor certification
