We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure delivery within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage construction activities from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site engineers.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, materials and manpower requirements.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
- Conduct progress reviews and resolve site execution issues.
- Report project progress, risks and corrective actions to management.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, quality control and project planning.
- Strong leadership and contractor coordination skills.
