Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage residential construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, quality, cost, safety, timelines, and coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute residential construction projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Take complete responsibility for project execution, progress, quality, cost, and timely completion.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure construction work is progressing as per approved timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Review and monitor drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Monitor material procurement, consumption, wastage, and availability at site.
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenditure and material wastage.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review project progress with contractors and internal teams.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to maintain required standards.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, documentation, and final completion activities.

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of residential building construction and project management.
- Valuable knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, waterproofing, and external development.
- Strong planning, execution, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, estimation, and project schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in residential / high-rise / real-estate projects.
