Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall construction project execution.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Identify and resolve project and site-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports.




- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Solid communication and coordination abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities effectively.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Kalamassery, Ernakulam

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
