About Hashia : Hashia is a recent lifestyle label from the family behind Ahujasons Shawl Wale P. Ltd.. We launch with woollen and cashmere stoles, scarves and bandanas, and expand into kurtis, kaftans and bags for Summer 2027. We are digital-first, built for fashion-forward 1840 year olds, with pop-ups and collaborations through the year.

Role & responsibilities The CEO's right hand. You run operations, coordinate every team member and vendor, and report daily on how the business is doing.

Key responsibilities

- Own the production calendar: fabric, sampling, production and QC with Ahujasons and vendors
- Coordinate stock, packing, dispatch and returns with the shared Ahujasons team
- Keep one master timeline for launches, shoots and events, and line up stock with marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with performance marketing executive and ecommerce manager to track sales and leads.
- Manage the Sales Executives and Cashier; send daily reports and a monthly MIS to the CEO and Board

Preferred candidate profile

Young energetic graduate preferably from NIFT or Pearl Aademy or the like with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in overall operations.

Remuneration shall not be a constraint for the right candidate
