Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Transformation

- Act as the Project SPOC for offshoring and application deployment initiatives across COE platforms.
- Conduct project governance meetings and coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Prepare inputs for Steering Committee meetings and project status reviews.
- Perform operational assessments for activity transfers in collaboration with onshore teams and SMEs.
- Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Participate in risk assessments, SLA setup activities, and offshoring readiness assessments.
- Monitor new SLA implementations and amendments within the COE environment.
- Provide functional expertise and support for business transformation initiatives.

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Execute test cases, test scripts, and testing scenarios for system implementations and enhancements.
- Identify, document, and track system defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
- Support UAT activities and validate business requirements.





Accounts Receivable Transformation
- Lead projects related to Accounts Receivable process improvements and system implementations.
- Analyze current AR processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Improve invoicing, payment processing, collections, and credit management workflows.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-9 years of experience in PMO, Transformation Projects, or Project Management roles.
- Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Experience managing offshoring transitions and operational transformation initiatives.
- Positive understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and finance operations.
- Experience in SLA management, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Exposure to testing methodologies, UAT, and defect management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certifications are preferred.

Note: Candidates must have worked on at least one financial project and should have relevant financial operations experience. Only suitable profiles with this experience will be considered.
