Job Summary

6040 Interior Studio is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interiors to manage residential and commercial interior projects from site handover to final completion.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, client coordination, vendor management, manpower planning, quality control, material management and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities v Manage complete interior projects from initial site execution to final handover.

v Prepare and monitor project schedules and execution timelines.

v Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Sales and Accounts teams.

v Review approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and site measurements before execution.

v Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams and other contractors.

v Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.

v Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

v Ensure proper installation of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, partitions and other interior works.

v Coordinate factory production and site installation schedules.

v Plan manpower and contractor requirements for each project.

v Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to site.

v Minimize material wastage and control project execution costs.





v Conduct regular meetings with clients and provide project progress updates.

v Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.

v Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.

v Ensure proper snagging, rectification and final quality inspection.

v Coordinate final project handover and client sign-off.

v Ensure projects are completed within agreed time, quality and budget.

Candidate Requirements v Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch / Interior Design or related qualification.

v 6–9 years of experience in interior project execution or project management.

v Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.

v Good understanding of modular furniture and factory production.

v Ability to understand Auto CAD drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.

v Strong vendor, contractor and manpower management skills.

v Good communication and client-handling skills.

v Robust problem-solving and site-management abilities.

v Knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking v Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
