We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – IT to support and manage IT projects/programs from planning through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project/program setup and execution.
- Ensure PDF compliance using appropriate repositories and data.
- Maintain high-quality project data and establish standard processes for cost, resource, schedule, and risk management across large programs and portfolios.
- Ensure project deliverables are accurate, complete, reviewed, and approved.
- Prepare project reports and ensure status reporting is accurate, relevant, and communicated effectively.
- Track and manage project progress, dependencies, deviations, risks, and issues .
- Maintain project change logs and ensure effective use of PMO tools and processes.
- Support Project Managers in developing baseline schedules and resource plans.
- Assist with project budgeting and approval processes.
- Track, report, and reconcile actual project costs and revenues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate mandatory project reviews and audits as per defined procedures.
- Track recommendations and corrective actions to address project shortcomings.
- Ensure projects are formally closed, reviewed, and lessons learned are captured and implemented.
- Support onboarding of new Project Managers into PMO processes,



tools, and governance practices.
- Support PMs and PMO staff in developing the skills and capabilities required for successful project delivery.
- Drive contingency management and help control project cost, schedule, scope, resources, and risks .
- Perform portfolio dependency and critical-path analysis where required.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Project management and scheduling expertise.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and project management tools such as VSTS .
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis .
- Experience managing portfolio dependencies .
- Project estimation and contingency management.
- Robust knowledge of governance, scoping, budgeting, planning, tracking, assurance, and compliance .
- Risk management and issue management.
- Strong focus on project data quality and reporting.
