Role & responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead site execution of STP, WTP, CETP, and WWTP projects from mobilization to commissioning and handover. Prepare and monitor project schedules, coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, and review Method Statements, SOPs, and ITPs. Ensure as-built documentation, O&M; manuals, and completion records are maintained.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the interface between the client, consultant, main contractor, and internal teams. Represent the organization in progress meetings and resolve site-level conflicts.
- Sub-Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Onboard and manage sub-contractors for civil, E&I;, and erection works. Monitor progress, certify invoices, and ensure compliance with quality and HSE norms. Coordinate with OEMs and equipment suppliers for delivery and installation.
- Reporting & Documentation:



Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly/Monthly MIS reports. Track project financials, site logs, and snag lists.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 45 years of project execution experience in the water/wastewater industry (specifically with STP, WTP, CETP, or WWTP projects).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of MBR, MBBR, SBR, DAF, and RO treatment technologies. Familiarity with P&IDs;, GA drawings, isometrics, and equipment layouts.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
