- Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality, procurement).

- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Preparing Project Status MIS and timely escalations.

- Technical Oversight
- Understand foundry processes (moulding, melting, casting) and machining operations (CNC, turning, milling).

- Understanding of Project Management Tools.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for business development team and internal stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates on project status,



risks, and deliverables.

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

- Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering

- Experience: 4-6 years preferably in project management within foundry/machining.

- Technical Skills:

- MS Project
- Engineering Drawing & GD&T.;

- Management Skills:
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills
