ABOUT THE HEALING WIZ The Healing Wiz runs a structured, workshop-driven transformation business. Every month, a coordinated set of tasks across marketing, sales, operations, and delivery must come together seamlessly to deliver an exceptional workshop experience. The Project Manager is the person who makes that happen.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Project Manager is the execution driver within the organisation. You will plan, track, and coordinate projects and initiatives across departments — ensuring milestones are met, teams remain aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will currently oversee KHW workshop execution management and will also support HR coordination as the organisation scales. This role reports to the Operations and Delivery Head.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and manage the monthly KHW workshop execution cycle end-to-end.
- Coordinate tasks across Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists, and execution sheets with up-to-date status.
- Conduct regular project review check-ins with team members and report progress to the Operations and Delivery Head.
- Identify risks early and escalate issues before they become blockers.
- Ensure all pre-workshop, during-workshop, and post-workshop tasks are completed on time.




- Maintain organised documentation for all ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Support HR coordination tasks including scheduling interviews and onboarding logistics.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Workshop execution tasks completed on schedule.
- Project milestone achievement rate.
- Reduction in missed deadlines or cross-team delays.
- Quality and accuracy of project documentation and trackers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong planning, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Experience managing multi-team projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in a work from home environment.
