Job Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive and structured Project Coordinator to dual-role as a Scrum Master (SM) and Product Owner (PO).

In this role, you will bridge strategic product vision and day-to-day agile execution. Working alongside the Product Manager (PM), you will build the feature pipeline, define requirements, run sprint ceremonies, and guide the development team to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Owner Responsibilities

- Pipeline & Roadmap: Partner with the PM to conceptualize new functionalities, refine product ideas, and translate high-level roadmaps into actionable Epics and User Stories in Jira.
- Requirements & UAT: Write explicit User Stories complete with rigorous Acceptance Criteria. Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) best practices to validate features against business requirements.
- Product Strategy: Proactively identify functional improvements, edge cases, and usability enhancements to drive continuous product iteration.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain a clean, well-groomed product backlog ready for sprint planning.

2. Scrum Master Responsibilities

- Sprint Facilitation: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Delivery & Execution: Plan balanced workloads during sprint planning to ensure optimal team velocity and priority-aligned delivery.
- Blocker & Dependency Management: Identify, highlight, and resolve cross-functional dependencies, technical blockers, and delivery risks.
- Quality & Process Control:



Ensure every Jira story links directly to required Confluence documentation. Audit QA processes to confirm test cycles and acceptance gates are strictly followed before release.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Participate in and drive requirement gathering sessions, technical discussions, and issue resolution calls, actively contributing practical solutions.
- Guide developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams toward the desired product outcome.
- Maintain clear written documentation and deliver polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Technical & Process Skills

- Agile Tooling: Proficient in Jira (backlog management, board setup, workflows) and Confluence (specifications, documentation linking).
- Test & Quality Tools: Exposure to Zephyr or similar test management tools.
- Modern Tooling: Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and developer tools such as Claude Code.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Tech: Prior Development and/or Product Design, architecting knowledge.

Qualifications & Background

- Experience: 2 years of experience in project coordination, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles within software engineering environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year program or 3 2 equivalent).
- Certifications: PSM I, CSM, PSPO I, CSPO, or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
- Domain: Exposure to Healthcare and relevant US market products is a plus
- Exposure: Experience in handling Document management, Chat & reasoning Applications on MERN stack, Javascript and Python is a plus

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
