PROJECT COORDINATOR – LIVELIHOOD

ARCH Development Foundation is hiring a Project Coordinator – Livelihood for Vadodara.

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 5+ Years

Preference: Vadodara-based candidates

Key Responsibilities

- Work with SHGs, entrepreneurs, and producer groups on livelihood and enterprise development.
- Plan and facilitate EDP sessions on business planning, costing, pricing, cash flow, and record-keeping.
- Support product development, quality, packaging, branding, and market linkages.
- Identify local market opportunities, buyers, retailers, exhibitions, and digital channels.
- Mentor entrepreneurs and support business planning and enterprise growth.
- Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders and manage project activities.
- Maintain documentation, enterprise trackers, reports,



and case studies.

Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in livelihood, SHG, EDP, enterprise development, or community development.
- Solid management, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Gujarati, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel within project areas.
