Project Coordinator – IT

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage IT project documentation, coordinate with clients and technical teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather client requirements and prepare BRDs, project scope documents, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
- Allocate and track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project timelines, task trackers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Manage client communication, requirement changes, and project-related queries.
- Identify project risks, follow up on pending tasks, and resolve coordination issues.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or business analysis.




- Hands-on experience in BRD preparation and scope documentation.
- Understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with technical teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience in a software development or IT services company.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
