Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and smooth execution.
- Track project progress, highlight potential risks, and contribute to solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or management (internships or academic projects count).




- Robust communication skills (verbal and written), especially for working with global clients.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
