· Lead the Project and the team towards implementing the intervention and ensuring the overarching goal

· Develop detailed project implementation plans (PIPs), System Operating Procedures (SOPs), timelines in collaboration with the Technical & Research Department

· Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed towards ensuring timely implementation and adherence to project goals and objectives

· Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials at state, district, and grass roots level, community leaders, PRI members, and prominent figure in the community related to migration of residents

· Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and trainings to foster collaboration and ensure project alignment

· Identify cutting-edge approaches and best practices for addressing malnutrition

· Develop and implement advocacy strategies to raise awareness of malnutrition issues and mobilize support for project interventions

· Support the Technical & Research and Monitoring,



Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) team in establishing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project outcomes and impact

· Conduct visits to the intervention site to assess the effectiveness of interventions and inform programmatic decisions

· Ensuring strict ethical adherence of program implementation, safeguarding and confidentiality of beneficiaries, and other policies of the organization

Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, presentations, and gather case stories to effectively communicate project results and impact to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to timelines

· Represent the organization at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings, advocating for policy changes and resource allocation to address malnutrition in migrating families

Ensure proper and appropriate budget & funds utilization

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
