Summary Position Summary About the Role We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to lead delivery cycles within technology and project environments. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and ensure work progresses predictably from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative delivery professional who can connect business priorities, technology teams, and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage iterative delivery cycles, including sprint or iteration planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote effective team collaboration.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments.
- Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity or delivery timelines.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, testing, architecture, business, and operations teams.
- Maintain delivery plans, dashboards, metrics, and status reporting.
- Monitor scope, capacity, velocity, quality, and iteration outcomes.
- Escalate risks and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing practical solutions.
- Ensure work items are appropriately prioritized, refined, estimated, and ready for delivery.
- Promote Agile principles, transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution.
- Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams or workstreams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, project management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, program coordination, or technology operations.
- Experience managing sprints, iterations, or other structured delivery cycles.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.




- Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in scaled Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or enterprise technology environments.
- Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, PMP, or similar certification.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, or dependent workstreams.
- Familiarity with software development, lifecycles, testing processes, release management, and production support.
- Experience using delivery metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
