- Sheet metal **Progressive Tool** making, maintenance & development
- Hands-on experience in progressive dies
- Tool setting, try-out and troubleshooting
- Die modification and breakdown maintenance
- Handle tool room activities and daily work planning
- **Team handling & supervision**
- Ensure timely completion of tool repair and maintenance work
