Role Description The Program Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and coordinating Taxcart’s operational and customer-facing programs. This role involves managing program timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment between internal teams such as product, customer success, and engineering. Day-to-day activities include analyzing program performance data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

The Program

Specialist will respond to customer inquiries related to program implementation, assist in onboarding and training clients on Taxcart’s platform, and maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the customer lifecycle.



This role also supports the development of best practices, contributes to internal training materials, and helps ensure programs are executed efficiently and consistently.

Qualifications

- Robust program management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for program improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in training and onboarding customers or internal stakeholders on software platforms or processes.
- Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or tax technology solutions is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
