Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute technical programs, ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 15-24 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust background in enterprise manager or similar role with expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proven track record in managing complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of product development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, maintenance.
