Key Responsibilities

Account & Delivery Leadership

- Own end-to-end delivery for one automotive customer.

- Ensure successful execution of fixed-price, managed services, and T&M; engagements.

- Drive delivery governance, quality assurance, and operational excellence across programs.

- Provide executive-level oversight for project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.

Fixed-Price Program Management

- Lead estimation reviews, solution validation, and delivery planning for fixed-price opportunities.

- Monitor project profitability, effort consumption, scope management, and change requests.

- Ensure delivery commitments are met without schedule slippage or cost overruns.

- Establish proactive risk mitigation plans to protect project margins.

- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance practices.

Customer Relationship Management





- Build and maintain robust relationships with business and technology leaders within automotive client organizations.

- Conduct executive governance reviews, steering committees, and QBRs.

- Act as a trusted advisor on technology transformation initiatives.

- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Financial Management

- Own account P&L;, revenue, margin, and utilization targets.

- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance of the account.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation-led cost optimization.

- Ensure healthy project margins through disciplined delivery management.

Business Growth & Presales Support

- Partner with Client Partners and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities.

- Support RFPs, solution reviews, estimations, and customer presentations.

- Contribute to account expansion through proactive proposals and transformation roadmaps.

- Drive mining and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
