Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the eLearning industry to join our dynamic team at Academian. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of eLearning projects,ensuring they are delivered on time, withinbudget, and to the highestquality standards. The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of eLearning technologies, methodologies, and best practices, along with proven project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end eLearning project planning, execution, delivery, and budget management.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, Developers, Content Creators, and SMEs.
- Drive project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and client stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project KPIs, ensure on-time delivery, and drive continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in the eLearning industry.
- Robust knowledge of LMS, SCORM, xAPI, eLearning authoring tools, and instructional design.




- Proven experience managing complex eLearning projects from inception to delivery.
- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred.
