Role & responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate multiple academic and strategic programs from planning to successful execution. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, KPIs, and review mechanisms. • Coordinate with Indian universities, international universities, partner colleges, and institutional stakeholders. • Manage academic program activities including admissions, academic delivery coordination, meetings, MoUs, agreements, events, and related deliverables. • Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external institutional partners. • Coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth program execution. • Support senior management in new program launches, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development activities. • Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and operational processes. • Lead and coordinate team members, assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure accountability. • Prepare regular project updates, MIS reports, presentations, and management reports. • Represent the organization in institutional meetings, events, and partner engagements when required.



• Travel as required for university, partner, event, and business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-6 years of qualified experience in program management, project management, operations, education, business development, or a related field. • Experience managing multiple projects, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously. • Good understanding of operations and administration management. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent planning, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Ability to independently take ownership of assignments and drive them to completion. • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and project management tools. • Willingness to travel for institutional and business requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors/Masters degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. • Experience in higher education, international education, institutional partnerships, academic programs, or program management will be preferred.
