Stock Sprint is a stock market and trading institute in Jaipur. We are hiring 2 professional F&O; traders for two profiles, Consistency-Focused Trader and High Return Trader. Please apply for the profile that matches your track record. Both roles are for responsible, process-driven traders.

Open positions

1. Consistency-Focused Trader (1 opening)

This role is for you if you:

- Have a verified trading track record of around 20 to 25% per year

- Follow a structured, rules-based strategy, not impulse or tips
- Think about capital protection and risk before returns
- Keep proper records of every trade 2. High Return Trader (1 opening)

This role is for you if you:

- Have a verified track record of more than 30 to 35% annual return
- Understand risk-reward well and can explain your edge
- Track every trade and review performance regularly
- Take high-risk trades with defined limits, not guesswork Responsibilities (both roles):

- Trade in F&O; using a defined strategy and agreed risk limits
- Maintain accurate trade records, accounting and detailed performance tracking
- Review and share regular performance reports with the team Requirements (both roles):

- Active trading experience




- Verifiable track record (broker statements or P&L; reports)
- Solid understanding of risk management, risk-reward, drawdowns and position sizing
- Accounting skills (non-negotiable)
- Ability to maintain a detailed performance record
- Based in Jaipur or willing to work from our office What we offer:
