- Provide L2/L3 production support for Life Asia, Life 400, and Group Asia applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Support production releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
- Handle critical production issues and participate in incident calls.
- Maintain support documentation and incident reports.
