Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise end to end manufacturing process including insulation extrusion, Stranding, sheathing, armoring etc…
2. Execute daily and shift-wise production plans based on machine availability and order schedules.
3. Assign machine operators and helpers across shifts to meet daily output goals.
4. Ensure raw materials as copper, PVC etc… and finished wire & cables comply with as per QC checklists.
5. Coordinate with the maintenance team during mechanical or electrical breakdown to minimize downtime.
6. Enforce safety protocols,



personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and shop-floor cleanliness.
7. Ensure % of scrap has to be reduce.

Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification : Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical

Years of Relevant Experience : Minimum 1 or 2 years

Type of Relevant Experience : Candidate must have experience of Cable Industries.

Required Technical / Domain Skills : Familiarity with Extrusion lines, wire drawing, Stranding, sheathing, armoring etc…

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
