Designation: Production Team Leader

What You’ll Do

- Manage daily production and achieve targets on time.
- Plan daily work and assign tasks to the team.
- Supervise printing, binding, cutting & finishing work.
- Monitor production, quality and material wastage.
- Manage and guide operators and helpers.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Packing & Quality teams.
- Ensure machines and production work run smoothly.
- Handle basic machine/production issues.
- Maintain daily production records and share updates with management.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in production.
- Experience in printing, publication or industrial production preferred.
- Good team and manpower management skills.
- Basic knowledge of printing and production processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
