Job Summary

We are looking for a Shift Engineer / Shift In-Charge with hands-on experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber mixing, polymer processing to manage shift production, manpower, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day rubber production and shift operations.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor machines, process parameters and production output.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Stores.
- Monitor rejection, rework, scrap and downtime.
- Maintain production and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, 5S and quality requirements.
- Support process improvement and troubleshooting activities.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Rubber Technology / Rubber Technology & Polymer / Polymer Technology / Polymer Engineering / Plastic & Polymer Technology.

Candidates with relevant rubber manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Experience

3–8 years of relevant experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber mixing, moulding, automotive rubber components, polymer processing or production/shift supervision.

Candidate Profile

- Hands-on rubber production experience.
- Experience in shift handling and manpower supervision.
- Good production, quality and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Automotive manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
