Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and control daily production activities as per batch process instructions
- Operate plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, distillation columns, dryers, etc.
- Maintain records of production logs, process parameters, and shift handover reports
- Ensure product quality and yield by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with the QC, maintenance, and utility teams for smooth operations
- Identify process deviations or abnormalities and take timely corrective actions
- Strictly follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines during all operations
- Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and cleaning activities as per guidelines
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and plant housekeeping




- Willingly work in rotational shifts including night shifts as per plant requirements

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in chemical, agrochemical, or pharmaceutical production
- Valuable understanding of plant equipment operations and chemical handling
- Knowledge of process safety, batch records, and compliance documentation
- Basic computer literacy and ability to record process data accurately
- Physically fit and capable of working in plant conditions
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environmen
