Experience: 10–15 years in modular furniture / interior manufacturing | Job Type: Full-time | Factory-based Key Responsibilities: Manage complete factory production of modular kitchens, wardrobes and customized furniture. Prepare daily, weekly and project-wise production plans. Manage CNC, panel cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, finishing, packing and dispatch. Read and verify production drawings, cutting lists, BOQs and measurements. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Projects and Installation teams. Manage carpenters, machine operators, supervisors and helpers. Ensure production targets are achieved within committed timelines. Maintain strict quality control and minimize rework, rejection and material wastage. Ensure correct use of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, acrylic, hardware and other materials. Monitor machine utilization, maintenance and production downtime. Maintain factory discipline, safety and housekeeping. Check finished products before dispatch.



Prepare daily production, manpower, wastage and dispatch reports for management. Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.

Required Skills: Strong practical knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing. Knowledge of CNC, panel saw, edge-banding and drilling machines. Good understanding of modular hardware, carcass, shutters, drawers, hinges, channels and accessories. Strong manpower and factory-floor management skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and dimensions. Good production planning and problem-solving ability. Strong focus on quality, timelines, productivity and cost control.
