Role Description The Production Manager role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role oversees end-to-end production operations for parking systems, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with design, procurement, and installation teams.

The Production

Manager monitors workflow on the shop floor, ensures adherence to quality and safety standards, and drives process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. Daily responsibilities include supervising production staff, managing inventory levels, tracking project timelines, and resolving operational issues.



The role also involves collaborating with senior management on capacity planning, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with HPIPL’s innovation and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

- Strong production and operations management skills, including planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, ideally in mechanical, automotive, or infrastructure-related sectors.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, safety standards, and ISO-compliant processes.
- Ability to lead and supervise production teams, with solid people management and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using production management tools, ERP systems, or similar software for tracking and reporting.
- Sound understanding of maintenance practices for machinery, tools, and production equipment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean practices.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant diplomas with substantial experience may also be considered.
- Experience in project-based manufacturing or infrastructure projects is an advantage, along with familiarity with automation or smart systems.
