Core Roles and Responsibilities

- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develops detailed manufacturing timelines, assigns workflows, and coordinates daily operational activities to meet output targets.

- Budget and Cost Management: Estimates expenses, negotiates vendor contracts, prepares budgets, and controls resource use to minimize waste and reduce costs.

- Quality Control: Enforces strict quality standards, conducts regular audits, and tracks corrective actions for finished goods.

- Equipment and Maintenance: Oversees machinery maintenance, schedules equipment repairs, and ensures operational reliability to prevent costly downtime.

- Team Leadership: Supervises workers and shift supervisors, handles performance management, and motivates staff to boost productivity.

- Safety and Compliance: Enforces workplace health and safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Acts as a bridge between production, procurement, logistics, and senior leadership
