Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline

Manufacturing Domain: Electronics Manufacturing / PCB Assembly / SMT / Electromechanical Assembly

Position Objective The Lead - Production will be responsible for leading end-to-end shop-floor manufacturing activities for electronic PCB and electromechanical assemblies, ensuring achievement of production, quality, delivery, safety, and productivity targets.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in PCB/SMT manufacturing, electronic assembly, production line management, defect troubleshooting, RCA/CAPA, process improvement, and team leadership within a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.
- Strong experience in PCB Assembly, SMT, Electronics Manufacturing, and Electromechanical Assembly.




- Proven experience in leading production teams and managing day-to-day shop-floor operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, soldering, rework/repair, defect identification, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, line balancing, and achieving production targets.
- Strong exposure to RCA, CAPA, defect reduction, rejection control, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, cycle-time reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Experience in managing production documentation, traceability, work instructions, SOPs, drawings, and process controls.
- Solid coordination skills with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, PPC, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Avionics, EMS, Automotive Electronics, or other high-reliability electronics manufacturing environments will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and team mentoring skills.
